Our services:
You will develop development and growth strategy; Carry out Strategic Due Diligence in the context of mergers and acquisitions; Provide operational support (PMO management in the context of transformation programs, training, talent management, process engineering).
You will conduct market studies on the sectors of activity in the sub-region; Establishment studies of agencies and points of sale; Targeting and customer acquisition studies; Manage the provision of proprietary database reports.
We offer analysis tools: Internal rating system, Integrated management software package (ERP & CRM), Management tool (Workflows), relational databases and big data platforms.
Our team is also composed of statisticians and mathematicians from the best African schools, who provide support services in statistical modelling, market research and field surveys.
